We apologize any inconvenience that may come up in searching for a piece we no longer have. However, should we have the right materials, we are happy to communicate with you on designing your own personal piece using elements based on previous works.
How may I pay?
Even if you do not have an account, PayPal is the fastest and safest method. It takes Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express using their secure online payment system. If you are unable to use PayPal, please get in touch with us to coordinate a different payment method for you.
How do we ship?
We usually ship an item within 48 hours of your order being received and paid for. We do a $7.00 flat rate shipping in USA for jewelry through USPS. For Wood Creations items we apply a $12.65 Priority Mail flat rate within the USA.
Do you do special orders?
We are able to do special orders for some pieces of jewelry. Contact us about what piece you are interested in and we will quote it for you.
